ER fingers, jaws, barrel & mandrel assemblies, and jaw holders & forcing cones.
ER Fingers
ER Jaws
ER fingers are made from premium tool steel and are typically used to expand the end of a tube. Six segment fingers will collapse 0.150" below the nominal diameter and eight segment fingers will collapse 0.250 below the nominal sizing diameter. Both six and eight segment fingers will size 0.050 above the nominal sizing diameter.
ER jaws are made from premium tool steel and are typically used to reduce the end of a tube. Jaws will open 0.250" above the nominal diameter and will close 0.040 below the nominal sizing diameter.
ER Barrel Assemblies are used to hold ER fingers and ER Mandrel Assemblies are used to drive the segmented fingers to the expanded position during a segmented sizing operation.
ER jaw holders are used to hold ER jaws and ER Forcing cones are used to drive the segmented jaws to the "reduced" position during a segmented sizing operation.
