Hydraulic:

AddisonMckee hydraulic DataBend CNC tube bending machines continue to provide a durable design and proven technology to traditional markets using the same front-end Siemens Controls as the all-electric machines–and all at a lower cost than the electric counterpart.

Electric:

AddisonMckee electric DataBend CNC tube bending machines are clean and quiet, operating with reduced running and maintenance costs. With sophisticated programming control of machine axis, greater positional control and repeatability is achieved, producing high quality bends. The electric range of DataBend machines are ideal for tight radii, thin walls, exotic materials and close tolerance components.

• DB10-25 Range

  • Largely used in the Aerospace and Automotive Industry, typically for bending tube for brake lines and air conditioning equipment. The versatility offered by the CNC tube bending machines in this range is unique. Standard features include left- or right-hand bending and automatic loading and off-loading options.

    These high performance draw bending models, for the production of small diameter metallic tubular components, are compact with a small footprint.

    The latest model, the DB20ESRD, is an electric machine featuring a double head for both right- and left-hand bending.

• DB32-40 Range

  • Initially aimed at satisfying the needs of the furniture industry, these machines have a low-profile head which allows complex symmetrical shapes to be accomplished with ease.

    Other variants in the range include 'push' facility for generation of large and compound radii and twin-head machines for left- and right and bending.

    The original hydraulic range is now complemented by all-electric models giving the benefit of control of all axes and instant machine setting following tool change.

• DB75-89 Range

  • Acknowledged across the global automotive sector for accuracy, repeatability and control, models in the DB75-89 range offer unique features and the choice of all-electric or hydraulic operation.

• DB100-130 Range

  • This range of machines is suitable for use on original equipment or aftermarket work and covers aspects of the automotive industry including passenger vehicles to large trucks and cab frames.

    The machines are of robust design and incorporate features which minimize the laborious task of tool setting, including fully automatic models. This range of machines features both Hydraulic and all-electric models.

• Pipe Bending Machines – DB120, DB170, DB220

  • This range of heavy duty schedule 80, pipe bending machines has been specifically designed for the rigours of shipbuilding, nuclear and chemical industries.

    The machines are of robust design and incorporate optional features which minimize the laborious task of tool setting, including fully automatic models.

    All AddisonMckee large series machines feature fixed bend heads for extreme rigidity. A further enhancement is the ability of the plane of bend collet to 'swallow the mandrel' when loading the tube, thus enabling the operator to simply locate the tube into the collet without struggling to position it over the mandrel. Again, boost options are available to reduce wall thinning on tight radius bend.
