AddisonMckee has developed a series of non-contact measuring machines for use specifically in the tube bending industry - to obtain data for bending machines and to provide information for inspection purposes.
The measuring system typically consists of a table, an optical probe attached to a 5-axis digitally-encoded measuring arm, a computer, and an interface which, when connected to a LAN, will enable data transmission to the AddisonMckee range of DataBend CNC tube bending machines.
AddiCheck offers simple in-process verification and correction capabilities, while AdData provides enhanced, more sophisticated measurement and component development functionality.
AddisonMckee is also pleased to offer VeriGauge, a brand new line of in-process and final-inspection bend check gauges.
Available in “L” and/or full contour “U-Channel”, AddisonMckee’s CAD/CAM-designed and CNC-machined, ISO 9001:2000-certified gauges are constructed from one-piece REN modeling board – low-cost and lightweight, yet stable, machine-able, and durable.
The AddisonMckee suite of bend check gauges are available with many additional options.
