AddisonMckee’s AddiCheck is a low-cost tube measuring machine featuring a laptop with software
and a measuring arm mounted to a portable work bench.
Benefiting from the considerable development expertise that was used to create the company’s
industry-leading AdData G-Plus measuring solution, AddiCheck provides considerable in-process
verification and correction opportunities, and offer levels of functionality and capability ideally suited
to small and mid-market tube manipulation organizations.
The AddiCheck software is AddisonMckee’s own design and utilizes the DataBend’s familiar control
interface, along with a measuring and inspection routine.
Quite simply place the component on the workbench, key in the relevant data, and use the
non-contact probe to start the measurement process—it could not be simpler.
AddiCheck standard features:
- Laptop Computer using Windows® operating system
- Standard 75mm diameter probe
- XYZ input to create YBC program
- YBC input to create XYZ coordinates
- Springback (theoretical) correction
- Creation of graphics to show pipe shapes on screen
- Creation of graphics to show pipe shape on paper (if optional printer is fitted)
- Interface to CNC bending machine to produce program
- Storage of bend programs
A wide variety of optional extras are available to cater to varying production requirements and climatic conditions and processes, such as automation systems:
- Tube clamps (1 off)
- LAN node (for link to DataBend series of bending machines)
