AddisonMckee to Exhibit at 2007 FABTECH International & AWS Welding Show
AddisonMckee, a world leader in the design, manufacture and supply of high quality, industry-leading precision tube-bending and end-forming machinery, announces that it will exhibit at Booth 23050 at the FABTECH International & AWS Welding Show (FABTECH/AWS) at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL, USA, November 11-14, 2007.
AddisonMckee will exhibit its PowerBend (PB) series of affordable, high-performance, CNC tube bending machinery. Thanks to the new PB range, manufacturers requiring standard three axis solutions can now benefit from AddisonMckee's world-leading reputation for quality, precision and reliability at an exceptionally competitive price. A high-performance draw bending range, designed for the accurate and repeatable production of tubular components, PB models provide levels of accuracy, repeatability, quick tool change and ease of operation as required by today's manufacturing industries.
AddisonMckee will also showcase its newly-launched PowerForm (PF) series of endformers. AddisonMckee now manufactures a comprehensive range of economical tube endforming and cutting machinery suitable for a wide variety of applications. From simple expansion and reduction process tube endforming machine models, to tube sizing equipment, blade parting machines and versatile multi-hit ram formers, all of AddisonMckee’s PF series machines are extremely well-built, robust and easy-to-operate, with proven reliability over many years in some of the most demanding production environments throughout the world.
Having recently applied its considerable expertise to muffler assembly – with the launch of a range of highly cost-effective work cell and individual product solutions designed to bring the highest possible standards to muffler manufacture – AddisonMckee will also exhibits its TubePerforator series. Taking six years of intensive research and development to perfect, AddisonMckee’s range of tube perforating machines provide a significant leap forward in technology. Representing the next generation in tube perforating procedures, TPM models meet or exceed exacting industry standards. As part of the development process, special focus was placed on tool changing efficiency, with complete tool change achievable in less than 15 minutes.
In addition to participating as a booth exhibitor at FABTECH/AWS, AddisonMckee will also be one of several companies making a 30-minute presentation about bringing new products to market that feature innovative technology. Dave McClew, AddisonMckee’s Vice President of Sales, USA, will deliver “Process Variation Monitoring for Mandrel Bending Applications” at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, November 12, in the Innovation Theater, located in the North Hall.
The FABTECH International & AWS Welding Show is one of the largest metal forming, fabricating and welding tradeshows in North America. For more information, visit www.fmafabtech.com.
