AddisonMckee to Present Widest Range of Tube Forming Technologies at Tube 2008 Düsseldorf
Hall 8A, Stand No. D48, Düsseldorf, 31st March - 4th April 2008
AddisonMckee, the world-leading tube bending and end-forming technology specialists, will be attending Tube 2008 at the International Tube & Pipe Trade Fair.
Renowned for the design, manufacture and supply of precision tube manipulation machinery, AddisonMckee provides innovative solutions for increasingly complex automotive, aviation, furniture and shipbuilding tube bending requirements.
Industry-leading DataBend
Of particular interest to visitors to Stand D48 at Tube 2008 will be the opportunity to see AddisonMckee’s state-of-the-art DataBend™ DB89ESRB (E = all-electric, S = stack, R = multi-radius, B = boost) precision tube bender – a model widely regarded by many organizations across the automotive sector as the premier tube bending solution.
PowerBend precision and value
In addition to the DB89ESRB, AddisonMckee will also present the PB42ST two-stack draw or push bending model from its PowerBend™ series of affordable, high-performance, CNC tube bending machinery. Thanks to the new PowerBend™ range, manufacturers requiring standard three axis solutions can now benefit from AddisonMckee's world-leading reputation for quality, precision and reliability at an exceptionally competitive price.
A high-performance draw bending range, designed for the accurate and repeatable production of tubular components, PowerBend™ models provide levels of accuracy, repeatability, quick tool change and ease of operation as required by today's manufacturing industries.
TubePerforator series
Having recently applied its considerable expertise to muffler assembly – with the launch of a range of highly cost-effective work cell and individual product solutions designed to bring the highest possible standards to muffler manufacture – AddisonMckee will also exhibit its TubePerforator series.
Taking six years of intensive research and development to perfect, these tube perforating machines provide a significant leap forward in technology. Representing the next generation in tube perforating procedures, TPM models meet or exceed exacting industry standards. As part of the development process, special focus was placed on tool changing efficiency, with complete tool change achievable in less than 15 minutes.
High-performance 25mm bending
Finally the AddisonMckee DataBend™ DB24ESR (E = all-electric, S = multi-stack, R = multi radius) tube bender will also be displayed and brings high performance 25mm draw bending for the creation of small diameter tubular components as typically used across the automotive and aerospace industries.
